A package for dyanmic model analysis.
Project description
BMSS2
This package supports routine building and analysis of kinetic models for biological systems. This includes simulation, sensitivity analysis, model selection and identifiability analysis. The whole package is database-driven which allows one to interactively retrieve, store and update model information and implementation from/into SQL databases to ensure reproducibility and reusability, particularly for ease of model selection.
Note: An extensible web app database listing some of the pre-established models can be found at https://sbr.syncti.org/bmss2
Documentation
The documentation can be found at https://engbionus-bmss.readthedocs.io/en/latest/BMSS.html
