# BeautifulDebug

dump(msg, format, debug, **kw):
msg: 要显示的字符串, 可以包含格式化字符: {}
format: 字符串中有 {}时, 替换
debug: 控制单个 dump 是否显示,
**kw: print 函数的其余参数
