Dependencies

We're working on getting these all pip-installable and set up in our requirements, if you strictly need them. Others will be useful important data sources. In the meantime, we recommend you create a virtual environment

 python -m venv Concordance_local
 source Concordance_local/bin/activate
 # for concordance and all dependencies, go to their directories and do this
 pip install -e .
