Deliverance transforms HTML to theme pages

Deliverance does transformations of HTML to ‘theme’ pages, similar in function to XSLT but using a simpler XML-based language to express the transformation.
New in this release:
Pass open file objects to lxml instead of filenames. Apparently lxml can segfault in some circumstances if you pass a filename for it to open multiple times. (kiorky)
