DrawTurksHead is a Python (2.7) library to draw Turk’s head knots. The core is in C++ and can also be used as a standalone C++ library.
It’s licensed under the MIT license. It’s available on the Python package index, its documentation is hosted by Python and its source code is on GitHub.

Quick start
Install from PyPI:
$ pip install DrawTurksHead
Are you’re good to go:
$ python -m DrawTurksHead
(This will create a turkshead.png file in the current directory)
