EasyPhenology

EasyPhenology is a software package for calculing phenological transition dates. It has numpy at it’s core, making model building and prediction extremely fast. The core code was written to obtain the phenological transition dates for eddy covariance data using Gross primary productivity. EasyPhenology is currently used in a DFG funded project PhenoFeedBacks
