This git repository contains the Ecan allocation and usage Python tools and associated documentation.
Installation
EcanAlloUsageTools can be installed via pip or conda:
pip install EcanAlloUsageTools
or:
conda install -c mullenkamp EcanAlloUsageTools
The main dependencies are Pandas and pdsql.
