Installation

pip install emtools

Or for development:

git clone git@github.com:3dem/emtools.git
cd emtools
pip install -e .

Usage

Testing

python -m unittest emtools.tests.test_utils
python -m unittest emtools.tests.test_metadata
python -m unittest emtools.tests.test_pipeline
