OpenREM 0.7.1

Required if upgrading from 0.6 series

OpenREM is a Django app to extract, store and export Radiation Exposure Monitoring related information, primarily from DICOM files.

This is release 0.7.1 which has many new features and improvements over the 0.6 series of releases. Please review the release notes for details.
