Installation
macOS
- brew install jpeg-turbo
- pip install -U git+git://github.com/lilohuang/PyTurboJPEG.git
Windows
- Download libjpeg-turbo official installer
- pip install -U git+git://github.com/lilohuang/PyTurboJPEG.git
Linux

- Download libjpeg-turbo.repo to /etc/yum.repos.d/
- sudo yum install libjpeg-turbo-official
