WebDAV library for Python3 - GNU Health port

Project description

Port from Andrew Leech PyWebDAV3 library to Support GNU Health.

It has been tested under Tryton server and Python3.

Some of the clients known to work:

- Mozilla Thunderbird (Lightning)
- Cadaver
- Konqueror
- Evolution

Added unit test to run litmus webdav testing suite.
Added travis-ci job to run said test, but it has false positives. Runs locally correctly.

Still a number of litmus tests failing to do with props and file locking.
