THIS LIBRARY IS AN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ROUGH SET THEORY WHICH CALCULATES VARIOUS PARAMETERS NECESSARY FOR CALCULATING. IT TAKES AN DATAFRAME AS AN INPUT THAT RETURN AN OBJECT THAT CAN CALCULATE THE FOLLOWING SET OF INFORMATION: 1 LOWER APPROXIMATION 2 UPPER APPROXIMATION 3 ACCURACY 4 STABILITY INDEX 5 BOUNDARY REGION 6 OUTSIDE REGION 7 ELEMENTARY SET
