SPyRO: Simple Python Remote Objects

- SPyRO is a multilingual Object Request Broker (ORB). SPyRO uses the most
efficient available connection between peers to minimize the costs of transport and parsing in the communication. SPyRO provides transparent and translucent remote object access.
Bug fixes release:
Fined a pyrex non expected management in global functions, in jython support, overloaded of True and False constants in several parts of the code
Fixed a memory leak, reference’s loop fixed
Initial support for guessing best protocol between two nodes
Initilizing the creation of a Javascript/xmlrpc client of SPyRO
