This library can be installed using command " pip install electricalpy "
it contains various functions such as 1.series 2.parallel 3.to_polar 4.to_rectangular 5.to_star 6.to_delta
they perfom the operation of conversion from one format. The input and output data types for above mentioned functions is of type " List "
