Generating classes from xsd

- run generateObjectsFromXSD.bat script
Testing Controllers

- each controller has its corresponding test
- results recorded in the log
Testing demoTest
--------------------------------------
- uncomment the commented out helper function in ARBCreateSubscriptionController to run demoTest
