Behavior Analysis Pipeline
Pipeline for analyzing behavioral videos
- Precise normalization of videos (correct for setup differences between videos and lens warping)
- Customize behaviour analysis with a fast, parallelized interface.
- Easily change analysis parameters such as timeslices, zone sizes, and more.
