Usage
bx <command> <subcommand> <resource_id> --config /path/to/.xnat.cfg --dest /tmp [--overwrite]
Examples:

bx spm12 tests <resource_id>
bx freesurfer6 aseg <resource_id>

Dependencies
Requires the bbrc branch of pyxnat.
