beambusters

Application developed to refine the detector center of single diffraction patterns for serial crystallography experiments.

Beambusters uses the methods implemented in bblib to calculate the detector center shift of each diffraction pattern, according to your initial detector geometry.

Dependencies:

• Python 3.10

Installation

pip install beambusters

Usage

Example: beambusters run_centering /path/to/list/file /path/to/config/file

The config file is a *.yaml file, you can find examples in the doc folder.
