# Bioplot
Biotplot aims to help to draw amnio acid sequences with your defined colors.
## Requirements
* matplotlib > 3.0.2
## how to install
```
$ pip install bioplot
```
## how to use

import matplotlib.pyplot as plt

fig = plt.figure()
ax = fig.add_subplot(111)
bplot = Bioplot(ax)
