Dependencies:
- Python 3
- Numpy
- Scipy
- Matplotlib
- Scikit-learn
- seaborn
- Pandas (Only for Evaluation)
- TkInter (If on Windows)
More precise dependencies will come once the original article is published. Technically, this should run on both Windows and Linux.
