Bundling score
Small utility to extract the bundling score from actomyosin network images.
Installation
With pip
Download the package
git clone https://gitlab.college-de-france.fr/gdelabbey/bundling_score.git
Install with pip
python3 -m pip install bundling_score/
With conda
Open Anaconda Prompt
Install git and pip
conda install -c anaconda git
conda install pip
Download and install the package
git clone https://gitlab.college-de-france.fr/gdelabbey/bundling_score.git
pip install bundling_score/
