UVIT safety checks

To check the safety of a field to be observed with UVIT.

You can install the "Can UVIT" Python package using the following command.

pip install canuvit

For example,

import canuvit
canuvit.observe('uvit', '12:12:12', '12:12:12')

You should get an output as shown below. Also check the directory where the program is being run for the GALEX images with sources marked.
