Project description

Caravagene (full documentation here) is a Python library to plot schemas of DNA constructs from a list of parts.

Caravagene requires WkHTMLtoPDF to be installed. On Ubuntu, install it with:

apt-get install wkhtmltopdf

PIP installation:

pip install caravagene
