Project description
Celest is a package for satellite mission planning.
It provides:
- Diverse arrangement of time and coordinate conversions,
- Satellite orbital and attitude calculations, and
- Satellite-to-ground encounter calculations.

All Celest wheels distributed on PyPI are BSD licensed.
