Tooling to manage the Retention Compliance for AWS CloudWatch logs

CloudWatch Retention Manager is a configurable tool that can be used to validate or enforce CloudWatch log retention rules.
Description
The CloudWatch log retention manager can be used in 2 modes - validate or update.
Validate mode
When used in validate mode, the compliance of the log groups will be checked against the supplied configuration, with the tool failing if any log groups are identified out of compliance.
