Just register ckeditor resources to Plone registry

Introduction

This addon register ckeditor to Plone resource registry. It do not provide any further integration with Plone.

This ckeditor version is available on github

This addon provide a buildout which loads samples: /@@example.ckeditor. At the moment not all samples are migrated to work within Plone but we are working on it. Note that samples are not loaded in a normal installation of this addon.
