TODO
- finish writing GitHub extractors
- write tests for extractors, doing a small extraction
- when extractors done - write into GitHub action
- set up repository to run nightly extractions
- develop visualizations
- contributor friendliness assessment should discover a new repo, if a file doesn't exist, open a PR
