Patch to make TinyMCE Upload work in Plone <= 5.0.6 with p.a.multilingual

Introduction

This product patches TinyMCE in Plone 5 to make the Upload action of TinyMCE work when used when plone.app.multilingual is used.

This patch fixes https://github.com/plone/Products.CMFPlone/issues/1513 and will be included in Plone 5.0.7.
