Show command help and optional arguments:
$ dataserv-client <COMMAND> --help
Show version number
$ dataserv-client verison
Register address:
$ dataserv-client --address=<YOUR_BITCOIN_ADDRESS> register
Ping address:
$ dataserv-client --address=<YOUR_BITCOIN_ADDRESS> ping
Poll address:
$ dataserv-client --address=<YOUR_BITCOIN_ADDRESS> poll
Build:
