# Distribution-based Binner (DBB)
Cluster scaffolds from a single metagenomic sample into population genomes using a distribution-based binning approach.
## Install
The simplest way to install this package is through pip: > sudo pip install dbb
DBB relies on numpy, scipy, matplotlib, and pysam v0.7.x.
