Installation

Python package
pip install dconfig -
Add 'dconfig' to INSTALLED_APPS:
'dconfig',
Usage
python manage.py conf
Help
python manage.py conf

Wizard Setup
python manage.py conf
>>> init
WARNING: this action will wipeout all data in settings.py
