Dewmoth forks Hawkmoth to add support for //!< comments trailing after field declarations.

Support for trailing field comments with //!<.
Multiple trailing comments supported (concatenated).
Using @file in a toplevel comment properly positions it as a toplevel comment (skip binding it to the next declaration).
