Parser library for several biological data file formats
Project description
dgparse is an open source library of parsers for a variety of commonly used biological file formats (ie. Genbank, Fasta, SnapGene, etc). Further in uses the Marshmallow schema library to adapt and rename the parsed data into the standardized domain model used by the deskgen genome editing platform.
