DinuQ
The DinuQ (Dinucleotide Quantification) Python3 package provides a range of metrics for quantifying nucleotide, dinucleotide and synonymous codon representation in genetic sequences. These include the recently developed corrected Synonymous Dinucleotide Usage (SDUc) and corrected Relative Synonymous Dinucleotide Usage (RSDUc).
