PGCrypto support for Django 1.8+

Django model fields whose values are encrypted using the pgp_sym_encrypt function from pgcrypto.

django-pgcrypto-expressions supports Django 1.8.2 and later on Python 2.7, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, pypy, and pypy3.
