GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS - Path to the Google Cloud Service Account JSON file.
Needs access to:

AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID - AWS Access Key
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY - AWS Secret Access Key
AWS_REGION - AWS Region
