Project description
eFISHent is a command-line based tool to facilitate the creation of eFISHent RNA FISH oligonucleotide probes.
This is just the python code which is reliant on multiple compiled bioinformatics libaries.
Therefore please install other dependencies separately or use the bioconda package.
