ecoflux is a Python package that provides core functions to calculate ecosystem–atmosphere exchanges of energy, water, carbon, and trace gases.
WARNING: The project is in an experimental stage. There is no stable release yet.
- Python (>= 3.6)
- PyScaffold (for nightly version only)
NOTE: This package will not work under Python 2.
A convenient way to install this package is through
pip install ecoflux
