Tools for visualizing neuron edits in neuroglancer from Python scripts.

Features

  • Allows for easy creation of neuroglancer links which display a neuron and annotations for the edits which have been performed on it

This code was adapted from code originally written by Casey Schneider-Mizell (@ceesem) at the Allen Institute for Brain Science.

This package was created with Cookiecutter and the bdpedigo/cookiecutter-pypackage project template (which builds on several previous versions).
