Elephant package analyses all sorts of neurophysiological data: spike trains, LFP, analog signals. The input-output data format is either [Neo](https://github.com/NeuralEnsemble/python-neo), Quantity or Numpy array.

Viziphant package (https://github.com/INM-6/viziphant) is developed by Elephant team for plotting and visualization of the output of Elephant functions in a few lines of code.
