Engelmann's Libre fMRI Tools
elftools: Engelmann's Libre fMRI Tools
elftools is a python package that is intended to facilitate analysis of
functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) datasets.
jfmri: Access MRI/fMRI datasets from files of arbitrary format
jfmri (Just Files MRI Module) is an extension module that provides methods
and classes to read MRI/fMRI data from binary files of arbitrary format into
numpy arrays, and to write MRI/fMRI data from
numpy arrays to binary files.
The binary format is specified by the user via command-line arguments, allowing
access to files of any format. There is additional support for reading from and
writing to NIfTI-1 files.
jfview: View MRI/fMRI datasets
jfview (Just Files MRI Viewer) is a simple viewer that is intended for
visualization of how MRI/fMRI datasets are stored on disk without automatically
applying spatial transformations from the image header.
elftools is released under the revised (3-clause) BSD license.
