Settable Python simulator for WWII ENIGMA device

Epygma project aims to reproduce ENIGMA with Python code.
At the end of the project, user will have three way to use it:
* As a package in command line or in a software
* With the PyQt5 GUI
* With an electronic card to reproduce a physical ENIGMA with a RPI
