disable dynamic analysis / symolic execution

disable static analysis

* provide the path to the ethereum vm bytecode or the bytecode as an argument to evmdasm. Tries to read from stdin by default.
* returns !=0 on errors
* various output modes (`-L` to switch from table to listing mode)

* invalid opcodes are prefixed with `UNKNOWN_`
* gas consumption for instruction
* return value and arguments for instruction
* basic jump/xref analysis
