$EXEC_CACHE/<hash>.err
$EXEC_CACHE/<hash>.status
Config
$EXEC_CACHE, default is $EXEC_CACHE/exec-cache, e.g. ~/.cache/exec-cache
$ export EXEC_CACHE="custom-path"
