Esse é um pacote que faz uma transformação em uma imagem aplicando um filtro de agrupamento.

Instalação:
pip install filterRomuere
Uso:
import filterRomuere as fr
img = 'imgs/imagemdeentrada.png'
filter = fr.filterRomuere(img)
filter.apply_filter()
