Findbak backs up file structures to a gzipped json file in your home directory

Installation

pip install findbak

Config

  • Run findbak

$ findbak

  • Edit ~/.findbakrc

  • Setup cron to execute the script every hour

$ crontab -e
0  *  *  *  *  findbak
