fitgrid

A Python library for regression modeling time-varying patterns of activity in sensor-array data streams on a 2-D grid.

conda install -c kutaslab -c defaults -c conda-forge -c ejolly fitgrid

Unsupported alternative with no lmer

pip3 install fitgrid
