Project description

fmanova - Package for Analysis of Variance

fmanova package provides functions to perform, one-way and two-way analysis of variance. The package contains two functions:

  • anova1w(data): Performs one-way analysis of variance.
  • anova2w(data): Performs two-way analysis of variance. Parameters: data: List, DataFrame, or ndarray, Returns: DataFrame

Dependencies:

  • Numpy
  • Pandas
  • SciPy

Installation:

In oder to perform analysis of variance, we must install fmanova . Use the package installer (PIP) or package management system (conda) to install fmanova.

 pip install fmanova

 conda install fmanova

How to use:

import required function from fmanova
