gemspa-spt

This package provides the ParticleTracks class, which can read track files (Mosaic, Trackmate, GEMspa, or trackpy formats) and perform analysis for single particle tracking data.

Analysis functions include: msd/ensemble-msd, (effective) diffusion coefficient, anomalous exponent, step size, radius of gyration.
