Retrieves statistics from files (os.stat) e returns a pandas DataFrame

The module utilizes various methods from the pandas library and the os.stat function from the os module to gather information about each file's attributes, including attributes such as file size, timestamps, permissions, and more.

This code can be useful for individuals who need to analyze and gather information about multiple files simultaneously. For example, it can be used by data scientists to collect metadata about a large number of files in a directory for further analysis. It can also be utilized by system administrators or file management tools to retrieve and organize file statistics for monitoring, auditing, or reporting purposes.

How to use it:

    Retrieve statistics from all files in the specified folders.

    Args:
    - folders: The folder path(s) to search for files. Can be a single string or a list/tuple of strings.
    - allowed_extensions: Optional. A string or a list/tuple of allowed file extensions. Default is an empty tuple (all extensions are allowed).
    - maxsubfolders: Optional. The maximum number of subfolders to search within each folder. Default is -1 (unlimited).

    Returns:
    A pandas DataFrame containing the statistics for each file found.
